Yoko Ono and John Lennon’s two sons lost a legal bid to block the use of a 15-second clip of the song “Imagine” in a film challenging the theory of evolution. Federal District Court Judge Sidney Stein found that the makers of the film “Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed” were protected under the fair use doctrine. Ono had sought a preliminary injunction.
