Constitutionalists Unite!
Welcome to the C.P.O.A. Here you can find like minded Constitutionalists. I don't mean those who say they are but then turn around and say something Conservative or Liberal. We are real Constitutionalists with a real goal. We are tired of the racist, sexist, elitist garbage we put up with on a day to day basis and we aim to fix it.
This site is entirely free for you to use and be apart of. It was created because of the massive number of requests from some of other sites. People asking, "But what can we do?" Well, we may not have all the answers but we know that there is strength in numbers. Our first goal is five thousand members. Then we will take the next step.
Trusted users will automatically be apart of the first step. To become a trusted user takes participation and updates on what you're doing. This site is set up on a points system so if you want to actually be in front, you have to show a little commitment by simply talking with us from time to time.
It's easy, it's fun, and you will probably learn a lot. So welcome! - Be sure to look over our party platform before joining so that you understand exactly what you will be supporting.

Support the FairTax plan! The FairTax plan is a comprehensive proposal that replaces all federal income and payroll based taxes with an integrated approach including a progressive national retail sales tax, a prebate to ensure no American pays federal taxes on spending up to the poverty level, dollar-for-dollar federal revenue neutrality, and, through companion legislation, the repeal of the 16th Amendment.
The FairTax Act (HR 25, S 1025) is nonpartisan legislation. It abolishes all federal personal and corporate income taxes, gift, estate, capital gains, alternative minimum, Social Security, Medicare, and self-employment taxes and replaces them with one simple, visible, federal retail sales tax administered primarily by existing state sales tax authorities.
The FairTax taxes us only on what we choose to spend on new goods or services, not on what we earn. The FairTax is a fair, efficient, transparent, and intelligent solution to the frustration and inequity of our current tax system.
The FairTax: - Enables workers to keep their entire paycheck
- Enables retirees to keep their entire pension
- Reimburses the tax on purchases of basic necessities
- Allows American products to compete fairly
- Brings transparency and accountability to tax policy
- Ensures Social Security and Medicare funding
- Closes all loopholes and brings fairness to taxation
- Abolishes the IRS
